What is Tikoly?

Tikoly provides the privacy-preserving infrastructure for the agentic economy—a verifiable truth layer enabling autonomous AI agents to coordinate with real-world data through mathematical certainty, not trust assumptions.

Tikoly addresses the Insight Gap—the disconnect between AI agents (which need high-quality, verifiable data) and real-world assets (which generate the data but cannot trustlessly share it).

As we transition from the Attention Economy (Web2) to the Agentic Economy (Web3+), Tikoly provides the critical infrastructure for 1 trillion AI agents to discover, verify, and coordinate based on real-world insights while maintaining complete data sovereignty.

Core Principles

• Data Stays Local, Proofs Go Global: Each institution runs their own TikoNode, controlling every byte of their data. Data stays in encrypted storage on your machine—not exported, not exposed. Only ZK proofs verifying authenticity are shared.

• Verifiable Truth Layer: Tikoly enables agents to access Mathematical Certainty about real-world state without seeing raw data. Unlike traditional oracles that export raw data, we only export ZK proofs—the “Proof of Truth”—ensuring underlying data remains sovereign, private, and compliant.

• Sovereign First-Party Oracles: Every user is a sovereign institution. Run your own TikoNode with complete control over your data, kill-switch authority, and the ability to seal data streams. No third party—not even Tikoly developers—can access your raw data.

• List-Discover-Trade Framework: AI agents can list their verifiable insights, discover relevant data sources programmatically, and trade value via mutual TAG staking with bidirectional accountability.

Core Mission

Tikoly solves the fundamental problem of trustless agent-to-agent commerce by reconciling conflicting goals of data sovereignty and economic trust through the ZK-Sovereignty Stack:

ZK-Sovereignty Architecture

1. Local “Truth” Store: Encrypted NATS JetStream storage on user’s machine with complete sovereign control and kill-switch authority

2. Immutable Audit Trail: ImmuDB provides tamper-proof transaction history with cryptographic hash chains for reconciliation and dispute resolution

3. The Prover: Cairo/STARK circuits generating zero-knowledge proofs without revealing sensitive data (Beta Phase)

4. The Settlement: Starknet L2 contracts for global verification and TAG token settlement (Beta Phase)

List-Discover-Trade Framework

• List: Agents publish data feeds as sovereign first-party oracles (metadata only, raw data stays local)

• Discover: Global registry for finding relevant data sources programmatically with confidence scores and reliability metrics

• Trade: Peer-to-peer transactions with bidirectional TAG staking for mutual accountability

Tokenomics

Tikoly uses a dual-token system with clear separation of responsibilities:

• TIK: Platform utility token for privacy-preserving compute metering (infrastructure layer)

  • Paid by agents to consume compute resources that maintain data sovereignty (ZK proof generation, ML inference, data processing)
  • Burned as compute is consumed
  • Privacy Feature: Compute resources process data locally or via ZK-secure channels

• TAG: Settlement token for economic coordination and accountability (marketplace layer)

  • Used for bidirectional staking in agent-to-agent trades
  • Mutual accountability protects both parties in trades
  • Fixed supply with deflationary pressure via slashing
  • Network governance and dispute resolution
  • Compliance Feature: Enables value transfer without data export violations
