Our Commitment to Your Privacy and Data Integrity
Welcome to Tikoly.com. As the core marketplace and platform for data-backed projects like Project Volta, our mission is to build a decentralized data marketplace and data oracle infrastructure to service a new generation of real-world assets (RWAs) and data-driven applications globally. Our goal is to be a trusted bridge between real-world data and the decentralized economy, connecting physical assets and impact projects to digital finance through transparent, verifiable, and trustworthy data and technology.
Protecting your privacy and ensuring the integrity and security of data within our ecosystem are fundamental to achieving this trust. This Privacy section outlines our approach to handling data, reflecting our design principles and commitment to compliance.
Who We Are
Section titled “Who We Are”Tikoly.com is a global data marketplace platform. We are committed to developing decentralized solutions that support the objectives of social impact initiatives like Project Volta and the broader RWA ecosystem. The platform is designed, built, and operated by a dedicated product and engineering team under our operational entity, which is registered in Hong Kong or Singapore.
Our Approach to Data
Section titled “Our Approach to Data”At Tikoly.com, we handle data that is critical for enabling transparency, verifiability, and integrity for our users and the projects hosted on our platform. Our architecture is designed to facilitate the exchange of authenticated data streams while being mindful of the need to balance transparency with robust data protection and privacy considerations. Discussions around data ownership are a key aspect we address through technology and clear governance.
Information We Handle
Section titled “Information We Handle”The Tikoly.com ecosystem is designed to process verifiable, real-time data streams originating from various real-world assets and projects. This includes data such as:
- Project Volta: Real-time smart cooker usage data, including energy consumption, session duration, and operational status.
- Renewable Energy Projects: Energy generation output, uptime, and performance metrics.
- Supply Chain & Logistics: Verifiable tracking data for goods and assets.
We utilize specialized tools and SDKs, such as the tiktag
SDK, to facilitate verifiable data capture and privacy preservation (via ZKPs) directly at the source. The data processed on our platform supports functions like social impact verification, RWA tokenization, data oracle feeds, and AI-driven analytics.
How We Use Information
Section titled “How We Use Information”The information processed within the Tikoly.com ecosystem is used to:
- Power a decentralized data marketplace where verified data streams can be exchanged, with the native TIKO token used for pricing, staking, and settlement.
- Enable transparent and verifiable impact tracking for social good initiatives like Project Volta, allowing donors to confirm the effectiveness of their contributions.
- Serve as a launchpad for data-backed tokens (e.g., Project Volta’s VTA token), where token utility and value are linked to authenticated real-world data.
- Provide high-quality, trusted data feeds to other Web3 applications, smart contracts, and data oracles.
- Support applications like supply chain optimization, RWA performance monitoring, and risk assessment for ecosystem participants.
- Provide the basis for our internal AI data simulator, which is designed to test platform scalability and model agent behaviors.
Data Integrity and Security Through Technology
Section titled “Data Integrity and Security Through Technology”Our technical architecture incorporates advanced cryptographic and data management solutions to ensure the integrity, auditability, and privacy of data:
- Verifiable Data Capture & Privacy (via ZKP): Data captured at the source (e.g., using
tiktag.app
technology) can be processed using technologies like Zero-Knowledge Proofs (ZKP). ZKP is used to prove the validity or attributes of data without revealing the underlying sensitive details. For Project Volta, this allows us to prove a smart cooker was used for a certain duration without exposing the vendor’s specific private operational patterns. - Immutable Data & Proof Anchoring: We employ mechanisms like “On-Chain Proof Anchoring” of ZKPs or data hashes on the Solana blockchain. Data sources may also leverage solutions like ImmuDB for main storage and IPFS for permanent backup to ensure data immutability and provide a complete audit trail from on-chain verification back to the raw source data.
- Trusted Data Bridging (Oracle Functionality): Tikoly.com itself acts as a “trust transformer”, creating a marketplace for reliable data streams. We facilitate this by enabling the verification of data through cryptographic proofs, ensuring the data is trustworthy for use in tokenomics and on-chain applications, effectively solving the “Oracle problem” of bridging the gap between the deterministic blockchain and the non-deterministic real world.
- Legal Entity Isolation: Our design and compliance strategies include legal entity isolation to manage potential conflicts and regulatory risks, clearly distinguishing our role as a data marketplace platform from the roles of the individual projects issuing tokens.
Compliance and Global Operations
Section titled “Compliance and Global Operations”As a global platform with an operational entity registered in Hong Kong or Singapore, we are committed to operating in compliance with relevant international standards and data protection frameworks like GDPR where applicable. Our strategy involves segmenting operations where necessary to adhere to different jurisdictional regulations. We are positioned as a data marketplace, not a crypto exchange, to maintain a clear regulatory posture. Our commitment to open-source tools and transparency is central to our mission of enabling a global, collaborative data economy.
Your Choices and Rights
Section titled “Your Choices and Rights”Participation in the Tikoly.com ecosystem as a data provider is based on clear terms. Users maintain control over their data through the policies they configure for their Tiko Node AI agents. The platform is designed with decentralization and user sovereignty in mind.
(Note: A production privacy policy would need to be reviewed by legal counsel and include detailed information on user rights as defined by GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable data regulations in operating jurisdictions.)
